TikTok Publisher Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of The Dark Razor Chronicles Publisher, a private tool operated by Mike Carmel for preparing and publishing promotional content to an authorized TikTok account.
Authorized Use
The publisher is intended only for the site owner and people explicitly authorized by the owner. You may not access or use the publisher without permission, interfere with its operation, or use it to publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unauthorized content.
TikTok Connection
The publisher may connect to TikTok through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API. When an authorized user connects a TikTok account, the publisher may request basic profile information and permission to upload draft videos or publish videos directly.
TikTok’s own terms, community guidelines, and privacy practices also apply.
Content Responsibility
The authorized user is responsible for reviewing each video, caption, privacy setting, and other posting choices before publication. The user must ensure that all necessary rights and permissions have been obtained.
Availability
The publisher is provided as available, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Its features may change or be discontinued.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mike Carmel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the publisher.
Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time if these Terms are violated or if doing so is necessary to protect the website, TikTok account, publisher, or other users.
Changes
These Terms may be updated periodically. The effective date shown above will be revised when material changes are made.
